Hello everyone! Welcome to the website of Cheng Chi Chung Secondary School, Hang Hau District, Sai Kung, New Territories. I am Principal Li Chi Lam, and I sincerely thank the school's board of directors for their trust in appointing me as Principal Lit Chi Kai to manage the school.

Zhengzhi Middle School is a school filled with love. Its vision is that regardless of a student's starting point, the faculty and staff will do their utmost to guide them with love and kindness, helping them become well-rounded young people. The school hopes students will enjoy learning and embrace a lifelong learning attitude. Both inside and outside of school, we are committed to inspiring students' multifaceted potential, allowing them to shine, fully realize their potential, and benefit the community. I strongly agree with this educational vision and hope to work with everyone to inherit and carry forward this fine tradition.

The school's focus over the past three years has included stimulating critical thinking in teaching, sharing the joy of learning, and fostering self-discipline, love for others, and the realization of one's potential. Firstly, our teachers enhance the enjoyment of learning through flexible and varied teaching methods, assisting students in their growth and progress; we also make good use of online and information technology in teaching to create a positive learning atmosphere. Furthermore, through various activities both inside and outside the school and by creating a campus culture of appreciation and encouragement, we inspire students' personal potential and cultivate their correct values. Over the years, under the leadership of former Principal Lit Chi Kai, the school's policies, curriculum, and activities have all served to meet the developmental needs of students, allowing education to fulfill its maximum function and value, which is truly admirable.

This academic year, the school will prepare for the next three-year development plan. I am confident that I will lead the faculty and staff to continue professional practice, focusing on the needs of students, and to formulate a blueprint that will contribute to the school's medium- and long-term development.

Cheng Chi Middle School boasts a strong educational philosophy, an excellent teaching team, well-behaved and educated students, parents who trust the school, a board of directors and local community leaders who wholeheartedly support the school, and has been contributing to Hong Kong's education cause for over forty years since its founding.

I have served as a secondary school principal in his district for over seven years, and have also held positions as vice principal, counselor, head of mathematics department, and frontline teacher for twenty years. I am truly grateful and fortunate to be able to lead this excellent team, building on the school's solid foundation, to continue our comprehensive nurturing of young people in order to meet the challenges and opportunities of the future!
